We were having installation issues with a new piece of barcoding hardware we had purchased. We called Westtech and they had someone out to us within an hour or two, amazing fast service! Killian was able to assist with the issues and liase with the hardware company’s helpdesk for us. It was a great help to get it sorted and we definitely will use Westtech again, great to know an affordable, fast, reliable service like this is there particularly for a small business like us that doesn’t not have tech support on site!
